Paisley needs to can his sound crew!!!
Last night's show at Mandalay Bay was the worst in many years, with the sound system blaring so loud that the singers' words became inaudible and muffled. The performers' off-key vocals often sounded better on a home music system, drowned out by the deafening guitar and drums. Stone Cold and The Jackal's special effects and the few ballads performed while seated on a stool were the only part of the show that was understandable. The best part of the show was the special effects.
Maybe this show would be great in a different venue. I have seen many country stars at Mandalay Bay, and the show last night was disappointing. The singers were drowned out and the sound was so bad that I had to cover my ears.
I go to a concert to hear the singers, not to be overwhelmed by loud instruments. The few understandable words were the only saving grace of the performance. The show was a letdown, and hopefully, Mandalay Bay will not continue with such disappointing shows.
Kenny Chesney's concert at Mandalay Bay was much better!
